Where is the Show located?
Tacoma Dome, 2727 E. D Street, Tacoma, WA 98421
The Tacoma Dome is conveniently located along Interstate 5, in downtown Tacoma and 30 minutes south of Seattle, and is served by multiple bus routes and the Tacoma Light Link rail.
Where do I enter the building?
The show entrance is off of D street, just south of E 27th St. When you come to the building, you will see the doors to the left of the box office.
What are the show hours?
10 am - 7 pm Thursday thru Saturday
10 am - 6 pm on Sunday
Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office during all show days.
Tickets can also be purchased online through Ticketmaster - please note that Ticketmaster will charge additional fees for using their service.
I'm unable to find my online tickets!

Is reserved seating available for the cooking stage at the show?
No, seating is available on a first-come basis. All sessions are included in the price of your admission ticket.
Is there a schedule for the Entertainment?
Yes, you can find the cooking stage schedule by CLICKING HERE. Keep in mind, the schedule is subject to change and being updated periodically.
Can I take pictures?
Yes. But you might find vendors that request their products not be photographed, so please look out for those signs before you snap a pic and be respectful of their business wishes.
Is there a Coat/Package Check?
Yes there is. You can find it in the lobby past the coffee station.
What is show security like?
The Tacoma Dome is committed to creating a safe experience for all guests. Security screening is in place for all events, including the Tacoma Holiday Festival. You will be required to go through metal detectors to enter the show. Knives (including pocketknives) or weapons of any kind are not allowed. You will not be able to bring in any sharp implement – please do not bring any sharp products you may have purchased at a previous show, such as kitchen cutlery or garden tools. Reusable metal water bottles are also not allowed.

Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?
We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please see us in the Show Office or Guest Services at the event. We will be happy to accommodate you.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, there are Tacoma Dome concession stands on-site offering full meal service including hot and cold meals and snacks. Please note that outside food & beverages are not allowed per the Tacoma Dome.
Is there a bag policy?
No, there is not.
Are there ATMS on site?
Yes, there are machines on the show floor.
Do you have parking shuttles?
No, there are no parking shuttles for the show.

I’d like to avoid crowds. When is the best time to attend the show?
Typically, crowds tend to slow down towards the last two hours of the event.
Are there places to sit and rest?
There are a few places to sit. There are some tables in the lobby, near the coffee station as well as many large rounds in front of the concessions in the arena. Plus, there are seats to enjoy the cooking stage demonstrations, also in the arena.
Do you have a private area for nursing mothers?
Please visit the show office and we will see if we can accommodate something for you.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible. Based on availability, complimentary wheelchairs are available at entry points to the building. Contact the nearest Guest Services Representative to request a wheelchair. Guests will be required to leave either a valid, government issued photo ID or a major credit card as a deposit.
Are shopping carts, wagons and strollers permitted during the show?
Yes, but please be mindful of others and keep in mind that the aisles can be crowded so it's not always convenient.
Can I bring my pet to the show?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the show, unless they are part of a paid exhibitor's display or a service animal.
