Mount Virginia is a farm and forest restoration site located on the Key Peninsula. Nestled among old growth firs on the east bank of Filucy Bay, we offer baked goods, lodging (with our fresh baked goods for breakfast), and classes/programming for individuals and groups to retreat to the forest… for rest. Our most popular baked goods include: our signature Rosemary Shortbread Cookie, our English Toffee, Pies made from fruit fresh from our orchard and garden, and the delectable treat called Butterhorns (a recipe our family has made for over 80 years). We also have breads, muffins, and other cookie flavors, and a select number of gluten free, vegan, or dairy free products.

When you visit Mount Virginia for a class or retreat, you are embraced by the beauty of the natural world. This is the same inspiration for the baked goods we offer guests, and you as residents of the earth. Our seasonal baked goods are made from what’s fresh right now.
