The Tacoma Holiday Festival features vendors who offer a wide variety of high-quality gifts for the holiday season.
2024 BOOTH PRICING
Exhibit space is available in a range of sizes and configurations starting at 10'x10'.
| Arena Booth rate: | $10.95 / sq.ft. ($1,095.00 for a standard 10x10) |
| Exhibition Hall Booth rate: | $12.45 / sq.ft. ($1,245.00 for a standard 10x10) |
| Main Aisle Premium (in Arena) | +$300 per booth |
| Corner Premium | +$200 per corner |
| Exhibitor Power - 5 amps (Mandatory) | $40 |
| Exhibitor Listing Fee (Mandatory) | $149 |
- Prices subject to change without notice
- Any direct sell companies/Pitch Products (MLM’s) are also subject to an additional $150 fee.
Your investment includes:
- Pre-show promotional material
- Major advertising and promotional campaign (TV, radio, print, online)
- Online Exhibitor Listing where you can add a company description, links, photos, videos and more.
- Access to add your business to our Online Holiday Shop
- 5amps of power. If more is needed, you can pay for additional amps through our supplier.
- All booths are set up with 8 ft black pipe and drape.
Your responsibility:
- Each exhibitor must provide their own professional display.
- Floor covering is mandatory
- Holiday decor is a requirment.
- We encourage all of our exhibitors to put their best foot forward and make their display professional and reflective of their business. Remember, you only have 3 seconds to make an impression!

We are working hard to make our show great quality for our shoppers. We are looking for unique, holiday focused products to fill our spaces so our attendees can have the finest shopping experience.
